The International Conference on Science, Technology and Innovation for Sustainable Well-Being (High School Section), or HS-STISWB, recognizes academic excellence through the "Best Paper Awards." To ensure the highest academic standards, all awards are determined based on the formal evaluation provided by our Peer Reviewers.
Each submitted manuscript is independently assessed by expert reviewers during the peer-review process. Scores are assigned to 6 core categories, with each category carrying an equal weight of 5 points (Total Raw Score = 30). These scores are then converted to a 100% scale.
The awards are categorized based on the Final Weighted Score as follows:
Gold Medal: Final score of 80% and above
Silver Medal: Final score of 75% – 79%
Bronze Medal: Final score of 70% – 74%
In addition to the standard medals based on reviewer scores, the HS-STISWB Organizing Committee reserves the right to grant Special Awards (such as Honorable Mentions or Outstanding Contribution Awards). These are determined at the committee’s discretion, considering factors such as:
Exceptional presentation quality during the live session.
Significant practical application or innovative potential of the research.
Interdisciplinary creativity and problem-solving approach.
Independent Peer Review: Awards are strictly based on the technical scores provided by the Review Committee.
Presentation Requirement: To be eligible for any award, the paper must be accepted and presented by a registered author during the conference.
Finality: All award decisions, including those for special categories, are final and made by the HS-STISWB Award Committee.
